If you already have applied, and you forgot to add your roommate or spouse please follow these instructions:
*Please keep in mind that you can add a co-applicant within 30 days of the application being closed, after 30 days from the closing date your application will no longer be available on your dashboard due to security reasons.
1. Go to www.tenantev.com and log in to your account using your email and password
2. Then select ''View or resume my application(s)''
4. On the left sidebar, select the "add Co-Applicant" option
5. Fill out the information and proceed throughout the process following the prompts on the screen
6. The co-applicant will receive an invitation by email, she/he will need to click on LOGIN (If the co-applicant is using the same device, please make sure that the person who has invited them has logged out from tenantev.com, before clicking on the invitation email)
7. Once the co-applicant clicks, she/he will be able to set a password.
8. Once the password is set, she/he will be able to log in with her/his credentials (email address and the password she/he has set). Once the co-applicant signs in, they need to make sure that they select the option to View or Resume my application(s) and NOT Start a new one.
9. Click on the application that says in progress and please make sure that is the one for the specific address that you are invited to be a co-applicant.
10. Please proceed to fill out the generic form, on step 7 she/he will be able to submit the payment so that the application will be created. (In some of the cases, the payment will be $0 and if that happens, the billing information will not be possible to be entered as it is not necessary)
