If you already have applied, and you forgot to add your roommate or spouse please follow these instructions:

*Please keep in mind that you can add a co-applicant within 30 days of the application being closed, after 30 days from the closing date your application will no longer be available on your dashboard due to security reasons.

1. Go to www.tenantev.com and log in to your account using your email and password


2. Then select ''View my applications''




3. Select your Application from My Applications list





4. On the right sidebar, click on the menu icon to access the options.



5. Select ''Add Co-Applicant''


6. Select the applicant type (spouse or roommate), then enter the co-applicant's full name and email address.








7. The co-applicant will receive an email invitation. They will need to click on "Login." If the co-applicant is using the same device, ensure the person who sent the invitation has logged out of Tenantev.com before accessing the invitation email.


        


     
8. Once the co-applicant clicks, she/he will be able to set a password

     


         

          

9. Once the password is set, the co-applicant can log in using their email address and the password they created. After signing in, they must select "View My Applications" instead of starting a new one. 



     

            

 10. Click on the application marked as "Pending", ensuring it corresponds to the specific address for which you were invited as a co-applicant.


 

 

10. Proceed to complete the generic form. At step 7, the co-applicant will be able to submit the payment to create the application. In some cases, if the payment amount is $0, billing information will not be required.
