We understand that you have concerns regarding your application and the possibility of a refund.

Please be advised that as per the non-refund policy agreed upon during the submission of your application, refunds are not available once the application has been submitted. This is because Tenant Evaluation initiates the necessary checks (background, credit, etc.) immediately upon receipt of your application, thereby incurring costs.

However, we appreciate that circumstances can change, and should you wish to stop the application process for any reason, you have the option to cancel your application through your dashboard - but please note that this case is not eligible for a refund.

Applicants are eligible to request a refund only if their application is in a stage where the e-signature has not been completed and want to cancel it. In this case, the refund will be the amount paid minus a 10% fee to cover credit card surcharges, as detailed in the non-refund policy.

Please see the following instructions to cancel and / or request a refund:

  1. Go to https://tenantev.com/
  2. Sign in with your email and password.
  3. Select the application you would like to access
  4.  Click on the three lines on the top left corner of the screen. You will see the option to "cancel the application" or 'Cancel & refund the application' if applicable
  5. Fill out the form and click on the refund button - if applicable

Step # 1: Go to https://tenantev.com/

Step #2:  Sign in with your email and password


Step #3: Click on View or resume my application(s)


Step #4: Select the application you would like to access


Step #4: Click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen.


You will then see the option to "cancel & refund the application"

THE APPLICATION FEE IS REQUIRED AND NONREFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME OF THE APPLICATION

*You can cancel and request a refund of the application from your dashboard, only if the option is available.  Please note the refund option will not appear if the services were already rendered. Tenant Evaluation has a non-refund policy on all application fees. We do this because we offer credit reports, criminal searches, eviction searches, and other services that are rendered automatically once you apply online.  


Step #5: Fill out the Cancel & refund form and click on the refund button.
