The Unique property code is a 4 or 5-digit code provided by the community to which you are applying. Please contact the community to which you are applying directly so they may provide the specific code.



If the wrong code was used when applying, the applicants need re-apply online with the correct property code and make a payment online. To obtain the correct digit code, please contact the association directly. If this option does not apply please send us a ticket through Tenantevaluation.com/support


Please note that the application is non-refundable; this also means that funds paid from one application cannot be transferred to a new application.
