The Pages needed to be signed by the Owner are documents provided on the Step 2 Electronic Signatures portion of the Application and are required by the community . You will need to (obtain Owner Signature and/or Notarize, etc.) on the document and upload it for processing. If you are working with a realtor, they might be able to assist you with this task.

Login to your account at

Select the application listed

Look for the "Completed" tab and click on "Download" Electronic Signatures for Owner Initials & Signature 

Find the pages displayed in the name of the requirement and proceed as needed

Once the pages are signed, please upload the signed copy on the system.
