To obtain a copy of your application's Final Report, which includes all the information, documentation, and results from the application process and is the same report submitted to the Association for their approval decision, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Go to www.tenantev.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your "Closed" application.

3. On your application's dashboard, click on the "Application Status - Released to the Community for Review" section.  


For Standard applications: 

  • Click on "Request Final Report." 
  • Standard applications will have to wait 48 hours for the report to be ready for download.  Once you click, you'll see the message "GENERATING REPORT...". Please return to the same menu after 48 hours to download the complete report.

 

 

 

For Platinum applications: 

  • You will have immediate access to download a copy. 

 

Note: Reports will only be provided if the application is closed, abandoned, canceled, or refunded.
