The Property Agreement is a generic form and must be signed under an individual's name and submitted with personal information. If any field on the form does not apply to your situation, you can indicate N/A. Please note that this document includes community rules and regulations and the Tenant Evaluation authorization form, which is mandatory for processing information.
The community is aware that the property is being bought or rented under an LLC or corporation, as indicated by the other documents (e.g., Lease/Purchase Contract). The applicant must be the representative of the LLC/corporation or the individual who will be entering the property.
