To begin a new application, please see the following instructions:
1. Go to www.tenantev.com and log in with the credentials that you have used to create your account.
2. Enter the Property Code provided by the association, condominium, or HOA administration you are applying to.
4. Select your application type (Lease, Purchase, or Guest/Additional Resident). Please note that not all communities offer every option. If your desired option is not available in the dropdown menu, contact the association for assistance.
6. Select the option that best fits your situation: "Just me," "Me and someone else," or "Me with an already existing tenant/resident."
Please note that each application can include up to two adults. If more than two adults (over the age of 18) need to apply, separate applications must be created. Minors can be added during the application process.
7. You will then be directed to the Property Notes and Important Information sheet. Please read it carefully before proceeding. Scroll down to review all the details, then click "Agree & Continue"
9. You will then be directed to the application form. Follow the prompts to complete the form and proceed through the steps. At step 7, submit the required payment. Once the payment is submitted, you will be redirected to your application's dashboard, where you can sign the rules and regulations and upload the necessary documents.
