To begin a new application, please see the following instructions:
1. Go to www.tenantev.com and log in with the credentials that you have used to create your account (email address + password)
2. When you get asked What would you like to do today? Please select the option that says Start a New Application
4. Enter the 4 or 5 digit Unique property code which needs to be provided by the community that you are applying for
5. Select your Application type (Lease, Purchase, or Guest/Additional resident)
6. On the screen Who is Applying? Select the option that is suitable for your case: Just me, Me and someone else, or Me with an already existing tenant/resident.
7. You then need to confirm if the Community that will show is the Community that you are applying to. If it is not, please do NOT proceed and make sure that you get the correct Property Code by contacting the Community.
8. You will get directed to the page shown below, where you will find details in regards to the community´s requirements and fees that you need to be aware of before applying. Is highly recommended to read the full information before you select that you have read and agree and click on continue. You will find this option right at the bottom of the page once you scroll down.
9. After you confirm that you have read and agree and click on continue, you just need to follow the prompts to fill out the form and further steps.
