If you have already submitted an application to the same property within the last 30 days,

TenantEvaluation will display a confirmation message before allowing you to submit another application.

This message is designed to make sure you are aware that a recent application already exists and that each application is processed independently and application fees are non-refundable.

The message will show the date of your previous application and give you two options:

  • Confirm & Continue: You acknowledge the information and proceed with a new, separate application.

  • Go Back: You return to the previous screen, and no new application is created.

A new application will only be submitted if you actively select “Confirm & Continue.”

This confirmation is intended to provide transparency and help prevent duplicate applications or fees from being submitted unintentionally.
