If you have never applied with us, please see the following instructions to begin a new application:
1. Go to www.tenantev.com or Download the Mobile App and select the blue Create a new account.
2. Enter your full name, email, password, and phone number, ensuring all information is accurate. Double-check your phone number and email address, as the activation will first be sent to your phone if registered in the US. If it does not apply to your situation, it will be sent to the email address you provide.
Please note that your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital letter, one number, and one symbol
*Please note that the new email address that is entered will become the registered email address for your account and cannot be changed at a later stage in the process.
3. Verify your account by entering the 6-digit code. You can choose to verify via email, or resend the code if the initial attempt fails. Once the code is entered, click "Verify and Sign In" to complete the process.
8. This will redirect you to the login screen, where you must enter your registered email and password to access your account.
