If you have forgotten your password, please see the following steps to find out how to reset it:
1. Go to www.tenantev.com and click on ''Forgot your password?''
2. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and click on Reset Your Password
3. You will then receive an email from [email protected] and you need to click on Reset Password
4. You will be taken to a screen to create your new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long, including one capital letter, one number & one symbol.
Ensure "Password" and "Confirm Password" match. Click the eye icon next to the password field to view and confirm your entry.
5. Once you make sure that both passwords match, you can click on Reset Password.
6. You will be redirected to tenantev.com. Please Sign in with your email and the new password that you just created.
